Terminos del servicio

  1. It is forbidden to distribute, sell, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, deobfuscate, dump, or unarchive the Abyss mod, or any other Abyss binaries provided without explicit permission from the Abyss team.
  2. It is forbidden to share or resell the licenses of our products. The client is all right reserved.
  3. It is forbidden to use the resources of this site or the client for commercial purposes.
  4. It is forbidden to distribute false or abusive information about our products.
  5. We are not responsible for any in-game bans/suspensions. Products are used at your own risk.
  6. Malicious activity is not tolerated, including, but not limited to; fraud, scams, DDoS, exposing personal or private information.
  7. We may change the terms and conditions in the future, we will post updates in the profile section of your account.

Administration has right to suspend the subscription in case of violation of any of these rules.

Payments

In order to purchase licenses you must state that:
  1. You are over the age of 18 OR have parental permission
  2. You have authorization to use the debit/credit card and/or paypal account
  3. You will not chargeback, dispute, reverse any payments
  4. You understand that the protection of your account log-in information is the sole responsibility of the user. In the event of a compromised account, no purchases will be transferred or refunded
  5. You agree to everything listed above and below.
    1. You agree to indemnify the staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this server. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to present any lawsuit or other legal challenge against the server for any reason, whether related to your purchase or not.

Al utilizar cualquiera de nuestros servicios consientes se procesen tus datos personales con el fin de protejer nuestros servicios del uso indevido, detectar fallos, evitar fraude y mejorar nuestros servicios.

Recogemos y procesamos los siguientes datos:

  • Nombre de usuario en la web abyssclient.com
  • Nombre de discord
  • No almacenamos contraseñas, todas las contraseñas estan hasheadas con sha512 y tienen salt, solo almacenamos el hash y el salt.
  • Hash (sha1) de las IPs usadas para acceder a nuestros servicios
  • Código de idioma usado para traducions
  • Historial de accesos a la web y al cliente
  • Sessiones activas en la web y el cliente
  • Información de los PCs en los que se usan nuestros productos:
    1. ID única de software, almacenada en disco
    2. ID única de hardware, generada con el resto de información
    3. Cores y velocidad de la CPU
    4. Cantidad de RAM y swap
    5. Tamaño del disco: espacio total y libre
    6. Nombre del sitema operativo
    7. Version del sitema operativo
    8. Hostname del sitema operativo
    9. Cuenta del sitema operativo
    10. Idioma del sitema operativo
    11. Fecha local del sitema operativo
    12. Direcciones MAC de las tarjetas de red
    13. Version y distribuidor de la JVM
    14. Versión y distribución de linux cuando aplique
  • Cuentas de minecraft: nombre y uuid
  • Log de mensages de cualquier mecanismo de comunicación en la web o el cliente
  • Reportes de error:
    1. Fecha del error
    2. Tipo de error/mensage de error (mostrado en la ventana de error)
    3. ID de la cuenta activa durante el error
    4. No se envían ni procesan los logs de errores, debes enviar tu manualmente el log si quieres que lo miremos para resolver algún problema o avisar de un error
